By Car – Quick and Convenient
Traveling by car is the simplest and most comfortable way to reach Narva-Jõesuu. A car allows you not only to arrive quickly but also to explore all the local attractions with complete freedom.
  • From Tallinn: Approximately 3 hours via the Tallinn–Narva highway (E20).
  • From Tartu: About 2.5 hours by road.
  • From Narva: Just 10 minutes.
In Narva-Jõesuu, there’s a Terminal fuel station (J. Poska 26) offering a wide range of services for motorists, including all types of fuel. The station also has a small shop, café, restrooms, and more.

By Public Transport – Affordable and Reliable
If you prefer public transport, Narva-Jõesuu is easily accessible this way too:
  • From Tallinn, Tartu, and Jõhvi: Take a bus to Narva (schedule).

Summer Options – Riverboat and Scooter Rentals
In summer, unique transportation options are available:
  • Riverboat "Caroline": Enjoy a scenic route between Narva and Narva-Jõesuu with two daily departures. The river trip lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on-site or booked online. NB! Since the route passes along a border river, don’t forget your ID.
  • Bolt Scooters: An excellent way to get around the city quickly during the summer season.

For Owners of Private Boats and Aircraft – Narva-Jõesuu Port and Olgina Airfield
Narva-Jõesuu is actively developing its transport and tourism infrastructure, opening new opportunities for business and leisure:
  • Narva-Jõesuu Port: Designed for small boats and yachts up to 24 meters long with a maximum draft of 2.7 meters. The port offers mooring services, water and electricity supply, waste disposal, and improved infrastructure for yachtsmen, including fuel refilling, Wi-Fi, restrooms, showers, and a sauna. A slipway is also available for launching and retrieving boats. The port is a key part of the city’s tourist infrastructure, attracting yachtsmen and tourists eager to enjoy the scenic views and coastal relaxation. It also serves as a departure point for river cruises and fishing expeditions.
  • Olgina Airfield (EENA): Located in the Olgina village near Narva, within the Narva-Jõesuu area. Currently used for light aviation during the warm season, as its grass runway is suitable only in dry conditions.
