An event dedicated to renewable energy, marine light, and techno-tourism within the framework of the Night of Ancient Fires.
An ancient fire doesn’t have to burn — it can shine intelligently!
Flameless Fire Narva-Jõesuu offers a modern and sustainable reinterpretation of the Night of Ancient Fires tradition. Instead of traditional bonfires or burning sculptures, participants create light installations and miniature lighthouses powered by renewable energy, batteries, hydrogen, or other clean energy solutions.
The symbolic concept of the project is to show the way home for those out at sea: the light remains, while smoke, the smell of burning, and the waste of materials disappear. The sea, the sandy beach, and the lighthouse symbolism of Narva-Jõesuu create a natural and organic space for this idea.
