In February 2026, a construction contract was signed for the development of the Suur-Lootsi Cultural Quarter in Narva-Jõesuu. This is an important development project aimed at transforming the area into an attractive cultural and community hub for both local residents and visitors.
The construction contract was signed by the client, the NGO Suur-Lootsi Cultural Quarter, with the company OÜ Mefab, which will carry out the construction works. Construction supervision will be provided by Hamilton Grupp OÜ.
The construction period is planned from February to August 2026, with active construction work beginning at the end of March. As part of the project, a new modern cultural quarter will be created in the Suur-Lootsi area, supporting the development of the region and creating new opportunities for cultural, community, and tourism activities.
The Suur-Lootsi Cultural Quarter is an important step in the development of Narva-Jõesuu’s urban space and will help strengthen the city’s role as an attractive seaside town and cultural centre.
The project developers are welcoming cooperation partners who would like to contribute to the future activities and development of the quarter—whether in the fields of culture, creative industries, tourism, or entrepreneurship. Collaboration opportunities are open to both organisations and entrepreneurs who wish to become part of a new vibrant cultural environment in Narva-Jõesuu.
